First of all the staff is exceptional- when you can get hold of them. Out of the office, with another client, voicemails not returned, messages not returned, faxes not received or lost, doctors prescribing something that Care Solutions doesn't even carry or have a contract for, insurance codes not correct so that claims get denied. This has all been a battle for 7 months and am considering using another DME supplier at this point.

care solutions is so phenomenal the staff are very helpful and polite I am s bilateral above knee amputee and they have went above and beyond for me and a special shout out to Joe Ejefor and kaye I will highly recommend this place

Care Solutions Mobility Center has an amazing staff! They helped my daughter find exactly what she needed. They were very knowledgeable, kind and went above and beyond! I would highly recommend and will be a life long customer.

We needed to rent a wheelchair for my mother-in-law while we were in North Carolina. The owner of the company personally brought the wheelchair to our location in the pouring rain, because our reservation was confused with another day. We still received the chair on time, and it was useful for everything my mother-in-law needed. For the inconvenience the owner picked up the wheelchair from us at no extra charge on the day we left. This company was accommodating, friendly, and professional. Highly recommended !
